The food is very good and the meat is of good quality. The price is a little higher, but reasonable. I love going there and the service is great too.

Hygiene standard complied with, very friendly service and good food. Picking up was not a problem and the transport was also optimal.

Very good food for a reasonable price. Fast and attentive service, which usually only speaks English and Korean. It is definitely advisable to make a reservation in advance and not Koreans should allow themselves enough time to study the card.

Koreans, eat completely differently, but well. We liked it very much and tasted it.

The food is good and staff is friendly (needs training tho) but the price is honestly a joke. They advertise a meat platter for 39€ which you can grill on the Bbq in front of you. But when you order it they tell you you have to get at least 2 portions (some weird explanation about portion size was given)... so you basically have to get it for 78€ for two ppl. 2 Side dishes are included but I would say a moderately hungry person won’t be full afterwards. If you want to get some other things to bbq you have to pay an additional 23-42€. For me - having had a lot of Korean bbq food in the past - that’s a ridiculous price. When I have a Korean bbq I want to eat many different things and would like to also try some squid for example - but I don’t want to spend an additional 23€ on that... don’t get me wrong, if the meat quality is outstanding and for example from a local farmer, I don’t mind paying a much higher price on meat but I wasn’t informed of any special products that were used. The meat looked very good - no question - but perhaps the staff has to be trained better. My long term experience in the hospitality and gastronomic industry has proven again and again that story telling is key. The staff seems very insecure und definitely needs some training with local customers. I really don’t mind speaking English with them (gives the experience a more authentic feel) but they should feel secure enough to really chat with the customer and explain more about the food, culture and products that are being served. All in all, the food is good, as I said, but the price is not reasonable in my opinion and that’s why I won’t return unless something is changed I that area... Just disappointed! Not to be recommended at all and just OVERPRICE !! We have visited many Korean BBQs but never found one as bad as this one. Staff just a catastrophe - not at all able to speak German. They are also not really cooperative and you can forget to talk to the boss, because he only comes by once a month. The menu looks nice and clear, but just wrong information / imprecisely defined! If I see the picture and read 39 € above it, I assume that I will get this type of meat and this amount. However, the image on the memory card is not intended for 2 people for 39 €, but for 4 people for 79 €. Just too few servings and expensive for 4 adults who feel hungry 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️. For the money I get more to eat elsewhere that tastes the same or maybe a lot better. Unfortunately, the side dishes are also very meager. You didn't have the typical things like potatoes, beans or spinach either. Normally it is also common to always be served rice, but here you have to pay € 1.50 on top. It is questionable that the restaurant will survive at all. With these usury offers, rated so well, I don't really understand because there are simply too many negative points. Don't be ripped off. I will definitely not come back again!

Disastrous service, the food doesn't make up for it either. Almost no one speaks German, which is absolutely absurd if you have a restaurant in Germany. And if you call at 2 p.m. and order a single dish to be picked up, you get told that the kitchen is closed, although they are open until 2.30 p.m. and you can order until 2 p.m. Customer service is zero. You can also spend your money in restaurants that are happy that you come as a guest and leave your money there. Apparently these people in this restaurant did not understand that only the guest pays their salary.

Lunch menu for € 11 is an absolute must for fans of Korean cuisine. The service is friendly and competent. You can make a reservation here, but it is not absolutely necessary at lunchtime as the tables change relatively quickly.

One of my favorite restaurants in the Rhine-Main area for many years. What a shame, unfortunately nowadays people cook with a lot of glutamate. The service is getting worse, which has nothing to do with the circumstances with or because of Corona. I am so disappointed 😭

It tastes good and the price is cheap for lunch. It costs more than 50 euros per person to fill up the barbecue in the evening market. The sauce crab is very well done

Audentische Korean cuisine. Best quality meat products. Directly charcoal grill on the table. Ask beforehand whether something can be too hot for Europeans. I was there myself with my colleagues. It was delicious but spicy to cry on.

Bad service. I dont know what the problem with them. We order a lot of dishes and the service just chaotic.

We were lucky. Nothing was going on in the Heidekrug on the evening of our visit. The staff were very friendly and opened the so-called terrace especially for us. Various appetizers were brought to us, and we could even reorder the most delicious ones. The main courses were excellent, we would have loved to have ordered more. Since the portions are not small, we were full. It is advisable to study the menu at home before your first visit, because the card can only be read via QR code. Since there are so many dishes, it is difficult to capture everything on the smartphone. When the weather is nice there is a beer garden, it wasn't open when we visited. It was a nice evening, especially because the service staff were so nice. You can communicate quite well with German and English and they love dogs. We'd love to come back.

just had dinner there tonight. fantastic experience. it's not cheap like many have mentioned but like most also said it's worth it. if you live in the wiesbaden or frankfurt area the price of this meal shouldn't shock you or break your bank. bottom line is it really delivers on quality. are the meat quality exactly like what you see on their menu? no. is that unusual or wrong? no. you're not going to be sorry you went there for dinner. you get a bunch of starters to which if you like something and want more you can get it at not additional cost. i really liked the soup. the lettuce salad had a very nice dressing to it so i asked for another. one of the side dishes was raw crab. i've it before and wasn't crazy about it so we threw it on the grill. i would have liked a glass noodle dish i've had many times before and just love but they didn't have it. the meats were all good. i chose to substitute one of the meat choices with a pork i saw on the menu. i'm glad they were willing to accommodate. when the grate got caked with char from cooking they came and swapped out a new grate. if they see you overcooking your food and need help they'll come put out the fire. the service was just really on top of it. each dish was well prepared. they just spent time and effort where a lot of restaurants wouldn't so i was happy to pay their price. i'd go back again and soon. i've paid for several meals well over 100 euro and felt ripped off. not tonight i didn't. i walked away well fed and happy. thanks for a great meal.

We ordered barbecues for 3 portions and the quantity is absolutely too small compared to what they had offered. The service is unfortunately unforgivable, the charcoal wasn’t working, the meats were absolutely waste, wrong order, and noone in the service can actually explain (very disappointing with the service). The dishes were okay for the soup and side dishes. Hope they could improve cause I saw many same comments as I do.

It is just a Korean meat restaurant, and it is a meat restaurant that is called a restaurant in Korea. It is impossible to go without a car, but it feels like going to a famous garden restaurant in the suburbs in Seoul. The taste of meat and side dishes are all like Korea. Even the foods that are served with meat, such as seasoned crab sauce, kimchi stew, are of good quality (even refills). You might feel that eating meat is cheaper than eating it in Korea? (A single item is of course more expensive than Korea)

Very good food!

The menu is varied and tidy and the staff are friendly. They provide free cold barley tea, and the menu is a bit savory, but it is delicious and large. I ate Altang and Chadol Doenjang Stew, but there were many other menus I wanted to eat. For lunch, I ate delicious side dishes inexpensively and altangs that are difficult to see in Germany. Recommended!

One of my favorite Koreans in the Frankfurt area. At lunchtime, all dishes are offered cheaper. A reservation is absolutely necessary. The food is delicious! Highly recommended: D

It was one of the most impressive Korean food I've ever had in Germany. A neat and fresh side dish. Cool barley tea. Food that overwhelms this! Stir-fried squid: It wasn't spicy, but it had a fire scent and the seasoning was so good. Steamed Whole Samgyeop Kimchi: The meat is soft, neither salty nor sweet. 11 euros for one food for lunch, the price is not bad!

Poor service. The waitress talks like warning the customers.

Amazing Korean BBQ

Fantastic experience. Ordering was simple and they accommodated a large group. We had a private room which was great for a party. More food than you know what to do with.

First time ding there with unsatisfied service. Very disappointing. Staff seemed to be distracted. Food oder missed out, water and appetizers refill unresponsive. At the end, we were being asked in rude and impolite manner to get out because the next guests were waiting out there already. Wouldn’t it be nicer to ask for understanding even we have been waiting for the missing dishes otherwise we could have left earlier?

Delicious food, mostly friendly staff, but totally excessive prices. Side dishes are often forgotten when there is a lot going on. The boss himself only comes here every half a month to collect his money. He simply has too many companies and therefore loses the overview. Too bad that only a money printing machine is seen here. You can also book private dining rooms where not only business is happening.

It tasted really great. I found the Korean restaurant here to be the best in quality. There are many visitors every day, so sometimes you need to make reservations.

Quite good quality Korean food. Especially bbq dishes. Good size of portions and tasty side dishes. I have ordered 알탕, 순두부찌개, 불고기,돌솥비빔밥. The soups were a bit too salty for my taste but other than that all good and very much enjoyed dinning here.
